Makes one wonder why Health Canada did not know there were crops being grown outside that facility.....and, if they did know, which I think is considerably more probable....who in H / C chose to ignore it and allow it to continue.
If they did not know.......why not. This can not be done over night ?
Complaints were coming from the 'community' for a seriously long time.....yet, we're allowed to continue.
That said, it looks like yet another instance where H / C is in bed with particular companies with a , 'HANDS OFF' , policy and discriminatory toward any competition with said companies.
This in my humble opinion is perfect for our case on the ongoing actions of H / C to violate Canadian law and stuff their own pockets with loads of green. Follow the money.
A very serious investigation seems to be in order and I think likely.
