Re: GREGG THE GREEK #1546
So you think Kyle is lying, huh? The Defendant didn't do "irreparable harm" to SFRX as he told the Court, did he? All those floorless convertible notes being converted did the harm, didn't it?
Like finding the same kannon as HTQ did on site 3, the claim of "irreparable harm" by the Drama Queen himself is not something investors should be concerned with, should they? Kyle's just trying to protect his family's loanshark business with the lawsuit via intimidation, right?
Many have stated they know it's the same kannon but suggested it's no big deal if they (ahem) found it again.
So who cares if Kyle lied to the Court, right? It's not like (ahem) investors have high standards for the CEO of SFRX anyway, right? They know Kyle certified SEC filings that were false.
Kyle lies.....so who cares? It's how he rolls.
I understand the point you are making.
I think the Defendant will be just fine. The truth has a way of making it's way into a court room. When it doesn't, there are always remedies.
