1) RE: Dividend. Yes of course CRGP paid the dividend. It was paid to the DTCC and it delivered it to the broker.
2) The complaint mentions someone who bought a bunch of shares, and sold a bunch of shares. They thought those shares weren't eligible for the dividend BEFORE they sold them. Well, it sounds like they got all pissy about that. What made them even more pissy is they got a bill for the dividend.. Now why do you think they would get a bill? Why didn't I get a bill? I just bought, then held past the ex-divi date, then sold big smile
