Continuing my education, please someone explain to me how this senario plays out in the world of investing.
Disclaimer: I do not want any other company buying NTECK!
That being said, how does it work should another company, seeing
this extraordinary start up ,and all it's potential, said company makes an offer that NTEK can not refuse. How does NTEK protect us as investors with the potential so high and our skin in the game? What's the straight poop? Is there a fair way to reward us for being loyal? Being long and believing in our company, is this taken in consideration??
