29%? That's WAY lower than what we've been seeing. Assuming that some of that short volume is the temporary situation that happens when they're making a market (although that's kind of a stretch, given how long between trades, the huge spreads at some points during the day -- except at the end when they walked the price down on 100 share "trades" -- nevertheless, you'd think that the percentage of "honest" temporary short sales would be about the same each day. So, when you see it go from 46% one day to 29% the less, it means something. Just exactly what, I'm not sure.

One kind of funny possibility -- all the senior traders were off at the beach this week for their last week of vacation -- and the junior traders they left in charge aren't as good at manipulating because they haven't yet learned all the sleazy tricks. hahahahahahaha
