My answer: Nope. Government only works T, W. Thursday is too close to a Friday and they won't work Fridays so prepping for Friday takes priority on Thursday. They can't work on Labor Day so that leads to a slow Tuesday as they are just getting back from a long weekend. Since next Wednesday is now too close to a Friday due to the short week they may get to it the following Wednesday. Get me?
