Yeah we're so far down on the PPS right now that it makes perfect sense to leverage down while you can. I might consider doing the same thing if I trusted them one iota, well, that and also if I had extra cash I could afford to lose in the event they don't pull it off.. I really hope they do end up finally pulling it off this time though. I think we're all tired of the amount of time this has taken to get us to this point. We've waited long enough.
