There is a small group of us Etraders on Twitter who have had accounts frozen or dividends on hold etc and one of our group called an attorney this morning and left a message. Low and behold, it is the attorney representing the shareholders in that suit!! Awesome..... We are one it and Etrade is looking more and more complicit. That case about shorting is going to the Supreme Court.
