Because the company needs to dilute i assume 10 to 15% to get money to make deals. That is not a option with over 2 billion shares, noone wants to deal with a company with that kind of OS.. trust me, if management is HONEST............ we can all make a krapload of money with Treaty. Including management.. so i suggest they get this done the correct way. Any befoolery and im certain it wont end well for those involved. Im pretty convinced that management has all the motive in the world to get this company going on the right track. Shareholders have,wisened up. No more free money for theives such as previous.. at this point, the company has an easy shot at success. I never understood why we were screwed by previous management. It wouldve been far easier just to buy wells and reap the multiples given making us all rich. Maybe a redrill or two for dumb luck success on top of success.
