I get what you're saying. The problem is the repeated failed deployments and they never tell us ANYTHING. Sony eventually gets stuff out. So does Apple. And it doesn't take months and months later. It's usually very fast. They seem to be taking a very lackadaisical approach to these issues like it doesn't really matter that these failures are happening, but it's hurting their credibility. I've said it before. I work in technology and if I implemented anything the way they do, I would have been looking for another career years ago.
