6. we aren't always on ihang

8. we don't censor posts (for truth/accuracy. so "reader beware" )

9. this is an opinion board. anyone can say what they damn well like (within ihang rules ). mods/admin/users are asked to decide if a post is inflammatory or violates ihang tou/tos ...

everyone has a hand in shaping the content of the board (within ihang rules )
