The cor lawsuit is seemingly why the dividend is being investigated is because there is a question as to whether all shares were entitled to dividend, but the 25% rule makes clear all shares owned by ex date are eligible!

so when cor says the shares weren't eligible, I think they were eligble because of 25% rule! To me, it looks like COR is just wrong and didn't know about 25% rule!
