The last 2 CC Joel already said, MNGG will have to do a RS 1-5 but no more than 1-7 to get SS down to 500 million. What's the difference if it's now or later. CEO words not mine.
I just think a 1-5 now and use buy back to get A/S down to 500 million. If RS going to happen one way or a nothing, does it matter when?
