Nwar. No money is on hold or margin calls in place.
A dividend "clawback" has to be agreed upon by the individual investor.
No one can simply take money out of your account without a ruling from the court.

Do your own searches and you will find it's not possible for ANYONE to take money out of your brokerage account without a JUDGES ruling.
