Well said allbetson! If they don't time the new market maker with substantial "completed" news and resume trading with the RS in place; IMO down the PPS will go and relatively quick! Shorters will have a huge margin to work with i.e. the so-called .09 opening PPS. I wonder how much experience the BOD has in the OTC other than owning TECO shares for a period of years. On the other hand I do understand the options to an RS might have been limited.
