imo... he is customer service.....if i will accept it....he can get off the phone....and tell the next caller some perky upbeat answers that really have no closure....the guy was very upbeat and positive....but after the conversation im still in the dark as to when the halt will be lifted or if it will.....the publics interest could mean anything......we are public and so are shorts.....public is pretty much everyone....so whos interest are they really concerned about...but atleast we have the daily list..... lol
