Since DUTV already has the "stop" sign affixed for not filing the Q3 on time, what would be the penalty for not filing the Q4 on time?
I don't think there is an penalty left so Garry McHenry has no incentive to file for an extension.
Investors are in the helpless position of having nothing to hold McHenry accountable with in order to get him to provide shareholders with needed information.
We are stuck in the holding pattern of waiting until Garry is good and ready.
Waiting is our only option.
