Someone in August, maybe Lily Finance, mentioned to hold until 8/29 as per Pink.
There was going to be engineering news, I think appointment of new board members and then mega, mega news.
If there was a merger or buy out, I would think there be a quiet period or news blackout until everything has been completed. Maybe the settlement has to do with something like this.
