I never said they have exclusive rights, that's what the article said. I simply stated it LOOKS LIKE THE CONCEPCION IS OFF LIMITS.
If/when a shipwreck is identified on site 3, and it turns out it is from the 1715 fleet, we will see if Queen's Jewels has the exclusive rights or not. Or if it's was just a poorly written article. We can cross that bridge when we get there, if we ever do.
Regardless, the company hasn't mentioned the Concepcion. That came from the advertising agency.
And no, I have nothing to apologize for. But the company can continue to blame others for their failures instead of taking responsibility if they want. It's rather pathetic that they do.
