NTEK or NTGL which is the better investment? For the longest time I believed the easy answer was NTEK b/c of our rising star UF. I am now leaning in a big way to NTGL as the far better investment with respect to a near to medium return on investment.

Primary reasons
(1) NTGL is nearing completion of their audits. The audits and uplisting will make NTGL a legitimate investment for many investors.

(2) The NTGL S/S and A/S structure is much much better 450M A/S is 1/3 of NTEK

(3) BY FAR THE BIGGEST FACTOR are the Gaming patents and the STRONG LIKELIHOOD of a NTGL BUYOUT in the very near future perhaps soon after the Vegas gaming Oct 2015 convention

Full disclosure, I am not biased in either direction as I hold both 1.5 M NTGL shares (even before the distribution) and nearly 7M of NTEK.

Notice which SP is trading higher even though NTGL has barely any revenues and even with all this hoopla RE NTEK and Paramount but the SP is going nowhere.

THE BUYOUT SPECULATION FACTOR TRUMPS EVERYTHING ELSE. Not selling NTEK but my future share purchases will be in NTGL and not NTEK

NTEK and NTGL both winners but NTGL and gaming headed by AH wins hands down !!
