My Takeaway:
1. We should be less fearful of the rollout of a brand new more powerful cable because the old ways of paying for the next level of power will not exist as America unbundles,
2. NTEK will actually be the vanguard of the new movement of using our current cable capabilities more efficiently
3. Secure Stream will help provide more reliable profit for the providers of content that people actually want to buy which will provide purveyors like Paramount a most preferred source of distribution
4.NTEK will be 4K, period. There simply will not be a willingness to buy 4k through a power hungry provider.
5. Reed Hastings isn't as smart as he thinks he is, and unbundling was happening without Obama and his regulators. This article is wrong - NTEK is a market force and the market will still call the tunes.
