Part of that process will be identifying the shipwreck. The company has never made any claim to the Concepcion. The advertising agency did that.
So let's see what happens IF they ever find the Concepcion or any other wreck, complete the costly mag survey and research design report and APPLY for a full salvage permit.
Or do they just need a 3rd object?
