Why of course you may. While you're at it please explain that there will be no RS as a you won't do that to us and b, it would make all the money you've used to buy back shares wasted and pointless. Keep on the current path.
In the Share structure is irrelevant and making the stock move. Revenues and profits will do that. A $6 million market cap for example is the same with a 5 bil AS/OS as a 1bil AS/OS except with a RS it devalues a $1k investment into $200.
