Please tell us more about the info you obtained about it being a regulatory halt. That sounds promising, and I could use all the hope I can get. That would be great if the halt wasn't really a problem at all but just a necessary step for an up listing. Perhaps halt wasn't about dividend but about settling up shares before an up listing can happen? Thank you
