So this doesn't have to do with the lawsuit, that's good.
If the "settlement" we're waiting for has to do with the dividend and making sure the proper shares get paid the right amounts, I'm fine with that too.
But if this "settlement" has anything at all to do with FINRA buying time for market makers to come up with a plan to settle naked shorts then I'm pissed.
I believe that before it got halted the trading was leading up to a massive short squeeze and if we get fucked out of that...I won't be held responsible for my actions.
