It appears to me that the Judicial Review was the plan to challenge Health Canada concerning the denial of the license. I think that is still relevant and on going.
The NAFTA Chapter 11 I think is concerning recovery of money spent, investment spent, time spent by both the company and it's shareholders, not to mention wasted in all respects. This is the proper avenue to proceed to recover losses due to the actions of both the municipalities, and the Government agency's which used arbitrary measures to cause this damage to the company and shareholders.
Bill stated in the newest update today that he had, 'NEW' evidence to prove that was the case and is taking the steps to be made WHOLE along with the investors and shareholders.
