I agree that the powers that be want to stretch this out as far as possible ......but, the fact that Bill is now forcing their hand by the use of the NAFTA Chapter 11 is HUGE in my judgment.
The reason is that now, it is no longer a local issue with the influence of the local politico's involvement, and or other company's paid off puppets.
In short, I am thinking that the preverbal shist is going to hit the fan if those in power can not get to a REASONABLE solution. This is going to cost the Canadian Government a lot of money and a few reputations.
