That's pretty much what I got out of the recent financials. Lots of bad stuff in there too though, but that's pennies. If it was clean they'd be on the big boards already.
Seems their working Florida and South Carolina now too. Google shows they have an agent who handles the licensing, etc for the state. Not sure how all that works since SC has ABC stores. Would be awesome to end up in all of them, means I could buy some locally.
