20 days to respond to a complaint is normal. So I'm not alarmed that that hasn't happened yet. I don't expect them to comment on pending litigation, but I agree that some sort of general statement of reassurance is warranted. All they really need to say is that they are working on issues with FINRA and that they're eager to get back to business.
