Excellent day. Dual listing soon and a good portion of the warrants (convertible to common) are going into David Steinburg's own LLC splitting off from Platinum. See recent 8k, i'd explain more but pressed for time. Maybe there's more to this story than I'm seeing at the moment. Either way, the market seems to like what's been going on.
