Looking for clarification. Recently someone mentioned 15 workings days was some kind of requirement the FAA had to meet. However, what I don't recall/know...does the 15 days start from when the report was submitted to Washington, or did it start from the last mini? If it is from the time it was submitted to Washington, does anyone know what date Baltia submitted on? Thanks for the help.
