You need to take it one step closer:
Would You buy shares in the company that Buys UltraFlix?
Meaning NTEK bought out or UltraFlix?.
They have too many divisions to be sold to satisfy a Buyout.
It would only make sense to buy UltraFlix.
I do not think that would be ok'd by the shareholders
