I called last week. He wouldn't provide me with any information and told me I needed to contact IR for Calissio. He has supposedly told others more, but I wasn't able to get anything out of him. I also messaged Adam Carter and have not heard anything back. MY final attempt at getting information was contacting Ted Wheeler the author of the article regarding the lawsuit posted today. I will updated if I hear anything back from him..
