Pfft you're not greedy at all. Who wouldn't want to leverage down given the chance? NTEK hasn't made it easy on us. Well, that's not true, they've made it extraordinarily easy on us to leverage down. Of course, all of us would be much happier if that wasn't needed, but we'll see how things go.
