Personally....I think I'd rather stay way, waaay far away from that.
Reality is..........we had an inspection in which there were 'MINOR' and easy to remedy fixes sited. We were NEVER given approval to either test grow or anything else. As far as I know they did not even do the follow up on the minor issues.
Stick with the real world folks. Our time is shortly away. GLTA
