Unless Netflix buys out Ultraflix, they will continue to make the wrong moves!
NFLX stock already completely overvalued!!! And NFLX just recently raised their A/S to 5 Billion shares?!?!?!
Debt + raising the Authorized + Maxing out O/S@$117per/share=Disaster and Dump for NFLX.....
Looks like the Billion Dollar investor Carl Ichan wins again buy dumping the last of his NFLX shares over $600!!!
NFLX needs a buyout to turn things around for them, and NTEK won't be selling for under 1 billion dollars....actually they made it quite clear at the shareholder meeting they would be foolish to sell their baby this early for pennies!!! NTEK!!!!
