What it means is nflx can't compete with UltraFlix in the 4K arena. It's just that simple. They can't stream lossless 4K at sub 4mbps and they apparently are having difficulty with their security too as recent news reports show piracy issues with their 4K version of Breaking Bad.
It would appear that the 5 billion they've committed to spending on 4K recently will in large part go to original content exclusive to netflix. Good for them, they've actually done quite well in that endeavor thus far.
So what does this mean for UltraFlix? It means UltraFlix is gonna make fat stacks of mad cheddar, Yo!
