Interesting article about biofilms -- they become so difficult to kill because they

My guess would be that once they've formed the biofilm and are dumping polymers around themselves, Brilacidin wouldn't be able to actually attack the cell wall. So prevention by coating the device so that the biofilm can't form does seem to be the way that Bril would be used.
