If Carter was in agreement the dividend was a mistake and the company would return the funds, it may just take a little time to transfer or wire the funds then have the lawyers withdraw the suit which may take several days.

It would seem to me FINRA is involved here only to see this issue resolved. If it was anything more, the SEC would be involved and suspend the stock, imo.
