How do u get get MORE shares? Some if us have more than enough FUTL if they were able to support the bid not issue MORE shares .20 x 1-2000 shars isnt worth being in a spinoff.
If they give more shares to FWDG shareholders then thats not good either because many bought @.01-.03 and are out of cash toleep buying parent
Lets hope 2 things happen
1. More to FuTL shareholders like 5x what u have
2. Support the bid
3. S-1
