Its a Start Up. You obviously don't understand what it takes to get a start up Tech company off the ground. They have tried to "Steal It", "Sell It", "Buy It", " File False Charges"...and someone beating the same drum over and over trying to slam/stop their own investment just does not make any sense.
FYI Nu-B, Domestic violence in this country is a serious issue. Most states have laws on the books where only a charge needs to be levied. It does not have to be true. In Michigan, Florida and New York if there is a restraining order against the Male/Father all the Female/Mother has to do is pick up the phone and state that she was threatened. The Male/Father will then be incarcerated for 4 years WITHOUT A TRIAL.
Your thought and motivations are pretty well understood. So Sell what you claim to have and move on.
