You once bitched about all my complaining on the subject of the old BOD and their actions or lack thereof and I ended up 100% correct on many of those subjects! Your implying that not only is the new BOD's reverse split a good idea but in addition they are also planning to dilute the new OS in order to bring in new projects? Then in the same breath you imply that will all create shareholder value? These projects better bring in millions of proven and sustainable revenue/year and quickly. The likes of NSS and TDBowie and the rest of them will never go away! Trimerica just gave them another bag of ammunition to work with! My reaction to the RS has nothing to do with the old BOD or the companies past history. IMO the BOD has made a bad decision with this reverse split.
