I don't think the lawsuit in and of itself is the reason for the halt, so we don't need to wait for resolution of the lawsuit to resume trading.
The lawsuit did however expose some of the issues that have been going on with the stock regarding the naked shorting and what shares are properly owed dividend payments. I think once FINRA and/or the SEC sorts out who is owed what, and what shares actually exist and which ones were conjured from thin air, we can proceed with trading and the lawsuit and proceed on its own.
That is my speculation.
