After chatting with Janice and Renee last night, I concur with their thoughts that this stock will not get suspended by the SEC. Janice noted, that the suspension will supersede the Halt, and will eventually permit the stock to trade on the Grey after the 10 days. Whereby, if they do not, FINRA can maintain the U3 halt indefinitely, not permitting this stock to ever trade again.
Certainly, FINRA and the SEC have already discussed this and made a decision
