It's a numbers game they're willing to pay 10% commisssions until they find the diamond in the roughs (ones that have the nack to sell and can achieve big numbers) and the ones that leave the accounts they've got become house accounts and so on. It appears there's finally a plan to push the product. Very positive IMO. I also remember that one of her goals was to be in Brazil for the 2016 Olympics.
