Just to through a completely random after thought out there...
But I was in the process of exiting positions when the halt happened, and my sell orders were being skipped and big sales were being put through in front of mine, and they were selling below the bid. I lowered my sell price and and they were stepped over again with an even lower "below bid" sale. This was right around the same time those 25m share blocks went through..
...don't know how much of importance this is, but just though I would put it out there.
