Well look what I just came across on the dd board on ihub,
Some of Janice's idiot friends appear to have reported this and that's why it's halted. Read the last sentence where it says "wink"
Its actually a pretty good scam. Pay $1.3 million in order to sell $15 million.
Keep in mind, the one ghost entity in Mexico City owns 85.5% of the stock, so all they did was pay themselves 85.5% of the $1.3 million back to themselves all the while dumping 3 billion shares between $.003 and $0.01.
So when you look at it, they really paid out $300,000 for $15 million in stock sales.
Pretty good idea. I guess Finra and DTCC want to know where all this stock came from.
It is also funny that they have been developing this scheme dating back to June. And within 3 days after it became a subject of investigation on the DD thread here, it got halted.
Coinkidink? FINRA, DTCC, and the SEC must read this thread daily for tips and free investigatory assistance <wink>.
