Maybe Cruz's plans to merge GCI with some much added value to GRCU is in parallel with an RS? Maybe he plans to also reduce the OS through the merger and up list? Maybe at the same time he plans on having a need for a minimal RS just for the sake of a qualifying share structure to the OTCQX? Typical OTC RS'S don't parallel an up listing and so as many know, the PPS retraces to the PPS'S historical lower levels with shareholders left with only a percentage of their shares. If value is brought with the RS then shareholders would still have reduced lots but the PPS should start out proportionally and hopefully increase due to the up listing. Otherwise Cruz is a fool!
