To be honest, I believe the CERT redemption will coincide with a pps that is close to or above 20c. In other words, once they have all the certs sent out, they will likely announce the redemption process and timeline. If they are smart, they will extend the redemption period out to middle of next year. The expectation is that the pps will be well above the 20c mark by then.

With that in mind, I would average down now while the pps is bouncing around a penny. I don't expect it to be languishing here in this range for much longer. Based on the amount of shares held by longs, it won't take much to cause this to jump several pennies in a single week. One big contract for the proDumper or the prosearch and this thing will rocket past a nickel.

So, average down now while you can do it on the cheap. Pick an entry point you feel comfortable with and average away!!!
