I have to agree with specialized here.
The BOD has over 120 M shares combined and appear to be sharp people. Though R S are considered bad for a company, we have to let this ride out and see where it takes us.
The BOS wants there investments to have value and IMO would not risk this if there awas not a big reward. And besides, the company will now have 175 M ( prox ) when the R S is complete. That should help entice investors
